writes: I know this guy who I think hates me. All he ever does when I'm around him (which isn't that often, but often enough to know him pretty well) is make fun of me and tries to say anything possible to make me feel awkward. He teases me about the dumbest things and is always trying to call me out on things. I have never done anything to him and am nice so I don't get it. We get along fine I would say, it just seems he's always trying to get under my skin. Why would someone do this for no reason? He hardly knows me. We're both over 20 by the way. reader, anonymous, writes (25 January 2006): sounds to me like he might secretly like you but doesn't know how to express it properly. you could ask him why hes behaving like this but this might cause him to behave like this even more. Is it just you that he makes fun of, or does he do it to alot of people? and is the fun-making just abit of fun or is it malicious? first you need to answer these questions and decide if its because he really does hate you or if hes doing this to get your attention cos he fancies you. either why you need to talk to him, and let him know hes got your attention and ask him what the problem is?
