Is this normal, not to be able to climax this way?

Q. does anyone out there have any trouble reaching orgasm's ??? I don't understand why I have this problem..My boyfriend will go down on me and it feels good but i rarely reach orgasm this way or any way..I think my urges and sensitivity in that area ...
