Q. I found out that i am not circumcised when i was about 12 or 13 and my mom told me to wash my skin good. I am mad at her that i am not circumcised because i think everybody i hang out with are circumcised and they think if you're not circumcised ...
A. 20 May 2009: I don't know what part of the US you live in, but circumcision is becoming less common. On the West Coast it's less than 34%. Nationally, it's only 56%. Read this for more about rates.
