writes:Ok there's this girl I work with and she has a boyfriend. She is absolutely gorgeous and I really like her, trouble is im a girl too. I don't know if she knows I like her like that but she seems to be very friendly and when we talk to one another we have this connection and eye to eye contact. She laughs at me all the time, not taking the pee but because she finds me funny! She is always smiling and pulling my shirt from behind or poking me etc. Last week we were at work and she showed another women this top, short skirt and a few pairs of knickers she bought. Trouble is when she put them away she looked at me with a sort of twinkle in her eye. What's going on!

 If you do go out to a club and make a move on her, make it clear that nothing will happen whilst she is still in a relationship with her boyfriend, oing behind peoples backs will only hurt them!

 Have you been out together, or has this all been at work? Ask her if she wants to go out for a drink one weekend, just the two of you, or do something you both enjoy. Maybe a nightclub where you can have a dance together. She may already know that you like her and is playing up to this, so try not to move on her first. Let the drink flow, and have fun together. The last thing you want is for you to make a move on her and then what you did is all round work the next day.

If you and this girl do get dandy just be sure that she has finished with her boyfriend first, don't be second best or just fun for her, and don't go behind another persons back either. You'll only ever know how she really feels by asking her. Its really hard to tell if she is just flirtatious naturally or if there is a spark between you two.
