How can I stop biting my lips, fingers and insides of my cheeks?
Q. I have a really big problem with biting my lips, the skin around my fingers, the inside of my cheek. I am usually making it bleed or hurt really bad. Does anyone have any idea why I do this all the time, even without noticing? And how can I stop? ...
A. 17 September 2008: idk if its ocd or not, but i used to peel the skin off my fingers as a young child then after my parents kept nagging me, and found another way to stop, fortunately i dont peel the skin off my fingers anymore, unfortunately i now bite my lips and ... (read in full...)
