Depends on the girl. If it's 4 inches long the guy will need to work harder to make up for it. If it's 10 inches long, that hurts a lot of the time. Petite girls are often more concerned about it being too big than too small. I don't know if guys are aware of that. I think guys make a bigger deal out of it than it actually is. But that's just my opinion. The 'nicest tool' ever is worthless if he doesn't use it properly :P
