I was listening to Shonen Knife (possibly the best j-rock band EVER). But now it's pizzicato 5 and then maybe some Kahimi Karie or Takako Minekawa. :) ...I love 90's japanese pop & electro music.

It's a stark contrast to my other favorite genres, noise (locust, daughters, etc) and punk - REAL punk (flux of pink indians, chaos uk, etc) Oooh, maybe I'll listen to some crass or rudimentary peni later (!!!) :)

Well lets see...I have a three hour window where I can get some house cleaning done after I get back from morning classes...and let's say one song is roughly 5 minutes in duration...Yah...all in three hours...*ponders how much music she can delight in in a whole day*

Malyce - you listen to as much music as I do in a day! But I'm stuck in an office for over 9 hours. If I didn't have music, dear cupid, and cute overload/stuff on my cat then I would go insane (no windows and my door faces a wall in a dead end hallway - bleh!).

Well dont do CD players so much, but whats in the car is "Pink" Stupid Girl, excellent album.

Right now its the MP3 thats on... I have had to put this on to drown out the sound of the silly people in the office next door that have speaker phone on way too loud for an hour now! and its now banging in my head!!!

On the MP3 there are too many to list... But Girls aloud, Sugababes, The bravery, Linkin Park and some Blink 182 should drown out the lot in the office!!

Malyce - personal faves from the Cowboy Bebop would have to be "Cat On Mars", "Fantasie Sign", "Odd Ones", and "The Real Folk Blues" on the Vitaminless album. Then "Road To The West", and "Stella By Moor" on the Cowboy Bebop Blue album. Then "Memory" and "Piano Block" on the Cowboy Bebop v1 album. Then "Green Bird" on the Cowboy Bebop v2 album. Then "23 Hanashi", "Dijurido", "Butterfly", and "Powder" on the Knockin' On Heaven's Door album.

However, I think any of the other songs can be just as good. Really depends on the mood you know? 8]

Send me your email if you haven't heard of these ones.

There is one song I have listened to about 100 times today. It was sung by Andy Gibb and Olivia Newton John, but Andy sung it alone when he was a guest star on Punky Brewster in the 198s. Don't know how many of you remember it. Here is the song I am talking about anyway, from YouTube.
