Maybe this topic could be for anything that is not relationship linked, people could need advice on bereavment, child issues, loosing or finding a job, problems with school or exams. There are lots of issues that I would like to have talked over with someone or got someones elses perspective on that is not about my love life. Does anyone else feel the same or would that just be too heavy.

Drink loads of red wine, then either snore loudly (my preffered option) or puke up on his side of the bed (yuck!!) I must admit I do love the whole bed to myself and as my bed is 6.6ft by 6ft (humongus)I just hate sharing it, well that is after any action that i may be lucky enough to have on offer in it!!

Another great way to kick a man out of your bed is to get a cat, especially one that he hates, and even better one that sleeps on the bed when he is alergic to them!! My cats are very well trained!!

Good morning eddie, well it is because most men snore and this causes women to have less sleep than they need, and lets face it with all the housework and kids rearing etc that we have to do "little womens duties!!" lol we really do need that sleep. Now it has been my experience that men have sex and then fall instantly to sleep (snore, snore, hiss and snore) Women on the other hand are gazing lovingly at there sleeping man still full of the passion of the love making and wanting to get all cuddly and talk and enjoy the warm fuzzy feeling. Well what in reality you get is a bloke snoring so loudly and contentedly, taking up most if not all of the bed and so fast asleep that you just cannot move them, so you lie there awake and feeling let down, the noise gets to you so much that a pillow over there face is becoming an option, sleep deprevation is an awful thing!!lol and im sure you would get time off for diminished responsibility on this ground if ever you did do the dastedly deed and found yourself in the dock. So Eddie what are your thoughts, bet you are one of those men I have spent my life looking for, the one that stays awake after sex, and does not snore!! where are you eddie if you are that man. lol

I must admit that the older I get the more attractive seperate beds are, when I was young (in the time when dinosaurs walked the earth) I used to puzzle over why old (in there 40`s) people had seperate beds, now the mist has cleared and all has become clear.

I just thought I would post this. Last night I had my partner man thing sleep at my house for the first time in a long time! He spat he snored he grunted he b****y hissed and thrashed about like a fish that had been pulled out of the water. I got about 3 hours sleep! I tried topping and tailing (didn't work) I went and slept on the sofa (hamster in sitting room woke up) I thought back to this thread, and didn't knwo whether to laugh or cry! That was my first real experience of the bloke that snores, grunts, hisses etc. and I think its pretty intense!!!!!!!!!! Smeedle I can now thoughly understand your anger, I mean are you supposed to call your boss and say sorry I can't come in he snored all night!!!! No I didn't think so! AAAAARGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well Smeedle. I don't fall asleep THAT fast. That's not a big issue at our house. If you want to see someone fall asleep fast, watch my wife when I'm working 3pm to 11pm. I think she nods off in two seconds flat, just as soon as she sees the headlights of my car turn into the driveway. I'll bet she dashes upstairs, from the livingroom, aas quick as lightning. We've been married 20 years, two teenagers etc. It's hard to get a minute alone. Actually, I ll have a week alone as of today. I'm taking her to the airport in a few minutes. Her grandmother died in Puerto Rico yesterday and she's off to the funeral. That's just a little unimportant information. I have to say though, men and women seem to be on different pages sexually. At least from what I've experienced. Let me say tha again. Different pages wouldn't be too bad. I think we're actually reading different books !!!!!LOL

Good morning to you Eddie, and thanks for the insight into your life, I knew you were not a steriotypical bloke so you not falling asleep straight after sex is no surprise to me and I bet it is a joy to your wife as she can fall asleep first and not have to listen to the snoring (you do snore dont you?)lol I agree with you that men and women are on different pages and i agree it usually is a different book, my book is a horror story!! laughed at what you said about wife falling instantly to sleep when you come in from work, i used to do just that!! Right talking off work, hi ho hi ho its off to work i go!!

Here's a question for the female aunties, as opposed to the male aunties. I'm asking this in regard to a question I answered. What do women consider to be a normal amount of time for intercourse? How many minutes? Just the intercourse part, not foreplay. I'm sure men feel they need to perform like some guy in a porno movie but this is not realistic. Men tend to think the longer the better but I have a feeling this isn't always true or desired by the female.

I'll be honest, I dont have a normal amount of time. Sometimes it's fun if it lasts all night and others a quickie (as it were) will suffice.......

willywombat, you are obviously younger or fitter than me, im usually wishing it was all over so I can get to sleep!! the days of all night sex are but a distant memory and getting more and more distant. To answer your question eddie, it depends on who im having sex with or if im making looove! Sex lasts about 5 mins but feels like 50 and love lasts until I am satisfied and my partner is also satisfied and this may take some time due to changing positions or a little fantasy stuff if you get my drift. Once had sex with a bloke and put on a pan of stew before we started and the bloody thing had still not come to the boil by the time we finished, the sex was also definatly "off the boil" so that relationship did not last long, why do you want to know,do you think you may not be giving your lady her full quota??
