Him and I have been having sex since I was 15 and he was 17, my parents had no idea. On this week Tuesday my boyfriend and I went to a clinic where I took a pregnancy test. The very next day the clinic called my parents and informed them about the pregnancy. I thought things like this were supposed to be confidential? My father is extremely upset; as he should be and says I HAVE to get an abortion. However, Will and I choose to have the baby. My father threatens to call the police on him for having sex with a minor as well as impregnating a minor and child pornography b/c he also found out about the nude pictures Will took of me that I willingly pose nude for him. Can he do this? and will there be any penalties against my boyfriend?

 well depending on what state you live in its different. like in texas it cant be more than a 3 year difference with a minor, so here you would be safe. second if he is still in high school then you also should be okay. and technically it wasnt rape since you agreed, if you have to go to court you will need to go on the stand, and stand up for him. but if you dont want an abbortion and neither does he, then dont. its up to the both of yall, not yalls father

NOTHING for sleeping with me. you are 16 which means if the time you conceived the child you were 16 then you are legal to have sex and your father cannot make you have an abortion. it is your life your body you dad can't control you anymore since that you are now 16. i hope you have a god pregnancy and hope ure bby is healthy.

 I guess it depends on the state you live in.
Now don't be intimidated into getting an abortion, it's still your body and a choice you'd make that you feel is the best decision. My son was born when his mom and I were about the age to you too. Having him has been a great part of my life. That was our choice and for us was the best choice.

well,you being with an 18 year old guy is illegal, but you have been with him for a very long time,and your father has every right to be pissed but he doesnt have the right to black mail your boyfriend, its your baby and if you want to keep it then thats up to you,on the other hand your boyfriend is breaking the law and could go to jail,if your father has your boyfriend arrested , then you and will , will have to go to court probbably , get a lawyer maybey?
