I've always had small breasts and yeah, it's a bit of a confidence issue for me because practically all men I know are big boob obsesed, lo, even my boyfriend, even though they "don't mind" small ones, which just sounds like a bit of a lame excuse :/Anyway, I'm almost a perfect hourglass, except for my boobs. I have really wide hips, curvy butt, and a tiny waist. My shoulders are also kind of the same wwidth as my hips. I'm just a chicken about surgery, but should I get it or not? I just get a bit down sometimes when I see howw bigger women get more attention, and how my boyfriend salivates whenever a busty celeb is on TV :/ I also think I'd look much better in a bikini. Opinions please.

Your reasons for wanting a breast enlargement are vain and seem based solely on pleasing others.
Let me put it this way... if you aren't enough WITHOUT breast implants, you'll never be enough WITH them.
No guy is fixated on one type of breast size. We like breasts. Be they small, large, firm, bouncy... so long as you know how to make wht you have look good, then men will want to strp you naked the second they meet you and play with them.
If it is affecting your self-esteem, then see a shrink. At least you won't be a walking freak-show if they fuck up.

 My opinion is that you should forgo the surgery. Your boyfriend got with you for the right reasons, not because your breast size. He told you he "doesn't mind small ones" so trust in that.
I'm sure you know Pink, the musical artist. She doesn't have massive boobs but she is still confident and hasn't went out and gotten a boob job even though she has the money, time, and everything.
Trust me, it's better to have small breasts than big ones that won't be able to carry their own weight later on =/
