 Your body learns to adjust and depending on how often you mnasterbate, your clit is just moving into the natural way which you are willing it to go.
it isn't abnormal but keep an eye on it as it may make it difficult for intercourse if it isn't centered and if it gets completely noticably out of shape, go to your GP just for a check up and to put your mind at rest.
