hello, i dont know whats wrong with me!

A good few months ago i had a boyfriend i really liked after he broke up with me i had a small panic attack i'd never had one before but now i have a new one and ive been with him for nearly six months we have a few arguments but not every time i think our relationship is in danger but every so often something happens and i really think it is, i start having this funny feeling in my stomch then i start shaking then feeling cold and hot i cant even take a drink of something i cant even swallow it i feel like im going to be sick if i eat, i cant sleep, and i find it hard to breath. Is there somthing wrong with me or is it normal?
