Last month nearly two months I ended a short relationship with a guy and I had a problem that I posted a question on here. I used to feel sick when I looked at photos of him (it was a messy breakup) and I was worried that when I went back to college I would feel like this everytime I saw him. I went back earlier this week and the good news was that when I see him I don't feel sick. We haven't spoken since we split and he hasn't even looked at me really. The new problem is I go bright scarlet whenever I see him. What can I do i get so embarrassed when I go bright red infront of everyone ? How can I stop it I'm going on a ski trip and he's going and I don't want to face him bright scarlet ? My friends make fun of it and other people have started to notice (we didn't go very public when we were together) which makes it even worse. Please I needn't stop this and asap !

cheers agony auntIt's mindset! Pls make up your mind to let go the past first. Now it's calm, peace moment and not affected by emotion at all. Pls work on it! It's all your efforts. Just treat him as nobody else.

Don't run frm it,cos problem will happen again but to face it! I'm sure you CAN DO IT!
