I didn't mean to upset my friend but I had to tell him off!

ive upset my friend and i dont know what to do.

I feel terrible recently shes been counselling me over another friend-a guy who has been quite a crap friend to me and she was advising me about him. anyway i wanted to have it out with him and i did and told him what i thought and it was good to clear the air with him. it doesnt make his behaviour right but i told my friend because i wanted to be honest and told her i met him and she was very upset. shes been really good to me and i told her that but i had to meet him for my own personal peace of mind but now shes upset arrrgh what do i do pleeeeese help me x
