I don't think you can make judgement on someone's orientation based on whether they touch you or not, or if they laugh at your jokes. Sometimes I laugh at my friends jokes purely because they are THAT bad. How is she around other girls?
ask her - she's the only one who knows. If you're a forward person, just come straight out with it. if not, perhaps you could do a little flirting and see if she responds to it.
