He always hides little things from me from his ex and child or other things. everytime I comfront him he says that that life is over and he doesn't want me to be mad but I always find out everything sooner or later from other people and not him! What should I do?

 What kind of things is it he hides? I would agree with DV1 when it comes to his child- respect his privacy but it depends what stuff from the ex he's hiding. Talk to him about how you feel and explain that you want to hear things from him not other people as that really isn't fair.

 Respect his privacy. You need to be willing to let him move on from his past, and if you're going to force him to relive it daily, then he deserves better.
