 Firstly you've pointed out one of the big issues with your problem and thats, he has a girlfriend if there happy neither him nor his sister will thank you un-setteling that, i asume you don't want this to cause problems with your friend. as a 16 year old you have a lot going for you, my advice would be to take advantage of your age you can make friends with boys of your age relationships tend to blossom from friendships, where you will find someone who will appreciate you with out anyone else getting hurt. you will find it hard but it will definately be worth it, i wish you all the best be stong and it will pay off
