A female reader, prenezmoila United States +, writes (29 December 2008):

prenezmoila agony auntIf your urine is very yellow, you should drink more. I used to not ingest enough fluids, but I've been making it a habit recently. If your urine burns, this also can indicate a level of dehydration or even a bladder infection. I would say drinking more is a good idea. Bring a couple water bottles next time and think consciously about drinking them. Being well hydrated has tons of health advantages, most notably, you'll look better and feel better. Especially in this season, it also helps to keep your immune system running on full throttle. Hope this helps!
