New feature - related questions

Not all questions will have them but where appropriate a question will now show similar questions... hopefully useful.

This will probably only apply to new questions and the mods may see a change in the management section to facilitate it (mods - don't worry it's very easy 90% automated.)

Nice! I know that I've wanted to go back to find similar questions to suggest readers look at, but sometimes had trouble finding them. This will be really helpful for everyone. Great new feature, Andrew. :)
