I just don't see the point of this. We can already see who posted the question, except for anonymous posts. If you would object to replying to a particular person, then just dont respond to their questions.

Yes I think it will add value. But how to deal with people who don't want to reveal their age rarge... - Force them to reveal it, meaning there might be less posts - Make it optional - Make one option in the menu "Don't show my age" I
