Did anyone else used to "roll eggs" as a kid... I was telling someone about it recently and she looked at me like I was daft in the head.

Hey Andrew - I never used to roll eggs, but there is a big Egg Rolling "festival" on the White House lawn every year on Easter Monday -- kids roll eggs while racing through the grass. There's more, too, like a decorated egg display and speeches...

(I didn't know about this until recently, though. Maybe they didn't want too many people knowing about the event...I have a feeling the eggs wouldn't stay on the ground...they'd end up flying through the air at a certain president. lol)
