(more) performance improvements - question page

I've made further improvements to site performance, this time on the question+answer page... should be much snappier and should generate in less than a second in nearly all cases (if you look at the bottom of each page on the site it tells you how many seconds it took to generate).

Any probs let me know. If you see anything that looks slow, let me know along with how long the page took to generate.

As the site gets busier I have a few more performance improvements to make in preparation for the busy winter season!

Excellent, great to get that feedback Pete.

My monitoring stats here are also looking positive too :-)

Was getting frustrated at how sluggish the site was it feels nicer to use now to me.
