Perfomance improvements to your column page

I've made the profile/column pages a little snappier they were really looking sluggish recently. There are a few other tweaks to come but today I made some major improvements.

Any problems let me know

Performance is fine to keep the quality of the site

what information is relevant to include in the user profile to put on the column?
