Girl is pregnant

I am just wondering if anyone can answer my question. I slept with a girl on Sept. 12th, she had her period in the first week of Sept., now she is saying she told me she is pregnant on October 4th. I was always told a girl ovulates 2 weeks after the last day of her period. Can someone help me?
