To be honest, not much. At least not for me. It can be rather painful, actually. A friend of mine said numbing lube works to take away the pain, but who wants to have a numb butt? Not me. The only sensation i got out of it the one time i tried was feeling like a needed to poop and pain. Needless to say, I won't be trying that again.

To be fair.. it depends on what mood you're in, alot of the time for me.. it's more pain than pleasure, but if you're in the right mood and have extra pleasure then it does feel rather good.. But I've stopped my boyfriend from doing it as it caused problems
