how to let go

Just wondering if anyone has advice on how to get over my boyfriends flirty behaviour, especially when it has already resulted in a major blow out (I found letters and messages and pics) and my other question is if we are both really sexual and nympho, how can we talk more open with out being embarressed about what we want to do?
