manky stress

a very close friend of mine(who is a girl and i'm a boy) wants more than friends. i'm really screwed now. i dont want any more, oviously, or i wouldn't be asking. um. so what do i do? i'm really affectionate guy and stuff but i'm like that with all my friends.

am i screwed? what must i do?
