Why not wait till next year, its a leap year and its traditional for the girl to propose to the girl. Do it on the 29th Feb offical leap day! Take him out to dinner and then just tell him you love him and ask him! ;o)

well i got engaged on 28th jan i just said i know wht i wud like for a valentines gift i just said an engagement ring we didnt even wait til 14th feb next day we chose our rings and our weddding is in aug
