Having a baby is not easy and I would suggest staying at home if you can ... And getting back to work maybe mum could help? And saving to rent somewhere nearer your parents.. Children are also very expensive bundles of fun.. And staying at home may give you an financial benefit as you won't have to pay for other expenses ( well I hope you don't ) other than digs ..
Has anything happened at home sweetie, ? If You want to talk about it we are here to listen .. However small you might think it is, it is no bother to us to listen.
I certainly wouldn't encourage our daughters to leave home .. Certainly not in this economical climate .
Take care and keep us updated please x

If the only thing wrong is the lack of space, then stay at home. My brother has two kids and they live in a shoe box. He makes good money too but to move would be too expensive. I think warmth and security are more important than privacy at this time of your life. It will be hard to believe the reason why you moved out is because your parents kicked you out. You wrote you would like to get your own place so it doesn't sound like your parents want you out. As a new parent it's good to live in a big city with resources and enough day care centres to help you.

I'm assuming that "at home" means with your parents. What's wrong with continuing to stay where you are?
Allow me to pontificate..... the latter part of your submittal "says" to me: "I would like to find some OTHER sort of resources (meaning taxpayer-supported ways) to have SOMEONE ELSE pay my way......."
Stay with your folks....
Good luck...
