Some of them never married or had girlfriends because they were more focused on their work lives. I could walk into the local shop and one of them will be there and he would follow me with his stare around the shop. We say hello and hi and greet each other with a smile but none of them would ever hold a proper conversation with me. Is it weird that I've caught them staring me out of it more than ten times? Those men are dirty creepers. Do not hold any conversation with them. They are probably undressing you with their eyes and waiting for the right time to prey on you.

They could have social anxiety, or other socially disadvantageous syndrome, such as Aspergers.
If it's really bothering you, can you find a way to speak to someone close to this family?

Eh they just sound like a bunch of weirdos to be honest... That would absolutely creep me out.
Though I'm sure they mean no harm, they might be doing it because you are one of the FEW young ladies around who is polite to them.
