But whatever you do, don't continue only eating one meal a day. That's not healthy for anyone. I would also recommend taking a multi vitamin everyday with breakfast. Have one of your parents take you to an actual vitamin store (not the grocery store) so you can pick out a good one.

Start small and gradually increase the amount you eat at a time; you'll have to train your stomach to accept food, as odd as that sounds. Make sure you're getting enough protein, and stay away from foods with lots of calories but no nutrition (potato chips, sweets).
Seeing a doctor or a nutritionist about this can't hurt, either.

If though you've made yourself that way through an eating disorder then try to get some help from an adult you trust or a professional.

EAT more than one meal per day! You're really damaging yourself this way and sending your body into starvation mode. You need adequate vitamins and minerals and calories, which isn't a bad word! Calories to you are like gasoline to a car.
If you're having issues about eating, you should talk to your parents and maybe get some help. Anorexia is a serious disease that can kill you.
