Also my communication with close friends and family seems to be more difficult as I keep questioning things i say and do before i do them as I' m unsure of the reaction I'll get and feel what I have to say is either very little or not of any importance.I've been trying to change this by getting more sleep, be more confident (like i use to be ) and not care so much about what people think and eating fruits but nothing is happening?? you need to get up and kick your self in the pants
start exercising reguraly sweating is good at removing toxins from the body , start slowly and work your way up
eat properly , i'm sure i do not need to get in to this
the past generaataions and even today have been overwhelmed with information regarding good nutrition
and do not worry about things you can not change
so just do it ,
p.s
do not resort to prescription drugs the are only bandaid solutions prevention is the key to any sucess

As teenagers we need more sleep than most people and you may feel this way because of stress or pressure your under. You should try to keep to a routine for example go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time. You should also aim to drink lots of water. if you have tried these things maybe you should see your doctor for a check up they might be able to supply you with antidepressants or give you some advice

I would drink lots of water, try to sleep on a schedule, make yourself get up the same time every morning, turn off the tv at night and get to bed, and enrich your life with some hobbies and interests that get you out of doors with good friends.
But first, I would make an appointment with your doctor for a complete check up, and tell him or her how you are feeling and try to be specific, they will ask you some important questions to see if you are depressed, and may prescribe an antidepressant for you, these will make you feel better, but won't change who you are, so if there are some things you need to work out, then talk to a therapist or trusted counselor or clergy person to help you get yourself sorted out.

I think you could be suffering from a mild form of depression. Book an appointment with you local GP and im sure he/she will help you get back on track.
Try some relaxation excersises also, get a Paul Mckenna cd for confidence and self esteem, it takes you in to a deep trance and after you feel relaxed and motivated.
Good luck

I have also been suffering from depression and these were all the symptoms i experienced. Is there something in your life that is upsetting you or possibly causing you to feel like this? If you think you might no the cause then i recommend you try to sort it out to make you feel better. If these symptoms continue i think that you should go to see your doctor who can recomend the best treatment for you. Good luck and take care xxx
