 As jersey's classiest said and also when you're fingering use your finger as if you were telling someone to come towards you you can still stimulate the clitoris with oral, or just use your thumb if that's easier for you.
Below is a description I found on a website that might be a bit better worded for the fingering method that I mentioned above:
"When she's wet enough, place the tip of your finger at her opening, and slowly push it inside. Usually if you go in as far as you can and turn your finger up in the "come hither" motion, you'll be touching her G-spot. Use the pad of your finger to stimulate her G-spot.
