Break up after 3.5 years, how does he just move on like that?

my ex and i broke up after three in a half years.it was a very unhealthy relationship and i knew he wouldnt change with the overcontrolling jealousy didnt trust and so on...he was my first everything meaning i never gave him a reason to act like that..anyways we broke up and he now went back to the girl he left me before..now im just wondering since im not seeing anyone at all im by myself like is it that easy for him to move on because i feel like damn i m the one that still thinking about him still hurt i still love him at least the good times we shared and already hes over there being with another girl...now im just saying like really who is the one really hurting more cuz i know i am and i dont want to like three in a half years is such a long time how can he just move on like that really?

He moved on, because he was never really there in the relationship in the first place. You said yourself that he was controlling, that he wouldn't change, that he was jealous and all that.

In the end, he was never there in the first place. If he had cared for you, if he had been a decent guy, he'd never have been like this. That's why it's so important that you now learn from this, and ensure that when you seen signs of a man who is overly controlling, or jealous, you take steps to get rid of him rather than keep him around only for it to get worse.

fi_the_tree agony auntI have just been through this exact same thing myself. Yes it hurts, but in time you will find someone who won't be jealous, controlling and untrustworthy.

Things may seem bleak now, but they will get better :) x
