 I hate all the 'you're too young' comments. u know how old u are, age is a number - real age is shown in ur actions. ur being responsible! and therefore you won't regret it (hopefully not) later on in life if you're sure about your decision. :)
to answer your actual question! It's a very good idea to double up on protection (very bad idea to take that literally, two condoms - not a good idea ever) but being on the pill + using a condom protects u twice against pregnancy and against STD's too! definitely a plus. these two things won't interfere with each other. they will work together for the same purpose. good luck being safe!

Everyone I know who has had sex that young regret it later! You would probably be just fine to have sex if you used protection, but it doesn't always work. My cousin got pregnant when she was on the pill and condoms break. While it is very unlikely you could still end up getting pregnant, and then what would you do. You could also get STD's. I think that you should wait until you are older to have sex and that you will regret it if you do. Maybe not not now, but eventually you will.

 I think you're a bit young, but if you feel ready then go on the pill. make sure you're on it for at least a week, take it the same time every day. and also use a condom. the chances of you getting pregnant are very slim this way. also, you can get condoms that have spermicide on them. then you'll have 3 forms of birth control. But only do this if you're sure you're ready. it's a really big step for the both of you.
