 I would say no, Although it really depends on beliefs and moral factors of the individual to truely define what being a 'virgin' is.
Some people genital touching mean's you have lost your virginity. While other's think that sexually abused people have not lost their virginity.
I'd think about it like this, If you really like this guy and plan on doing it again with him, then you are not a virgin anymore.

 Its up to you. Thats the only thing I can say. Everyone likes to argue about this kinda stuff and the way I look at it is that its up to you in a situation like this. But, Im sure as you found out, it hurts like a mofo. So if its something you want to wait for to try again, I suggest you say your a virgin. If its something you think you would like to try again in the very near future, Id just say your not.
