She rarely washes her mouth...and that is what worries me.Yes even with my ex, I did not want to kiss her because of the same reason. Our first kiss, I had to wash my mouth as soon as I got home. After sex, I would pour isopropyl alcohol all over my pubic region just to disinfect it. Is this OCD, or just insecurities?

I think it could be OCD. But only a psychiatrist would be able to tell you for sure. You should probably talk about this with someone, to see what it is. It might be insecurities, but it does sound like OCD to be honest. Like I said though, you should talk about this with someone.
