 I don't think it's likely to have to pee that badly and still orgasm, but it's not impossible. I've definitely been able to while needing to pee, but never quite that badly.

No. But I have had the "feeling" I need to pee after a longer strech of sex. Most of the time it's a false alarm. My thoroughly unscientific opinion is that penetration presses against the bladder and triggers the false alarms. But, I don't think that urge to pee (or the lack of urge) corresponds to achieving orgasm.
And I would be skeptical of a line like that too. Honestly, it sounds like she felt badly for needing a bathroom break, thought you might take it badly, and so she wanted to make it up to you with a lie...

the truth is however that you are not Totally relaxed with an orgasm, think of yours in private.... your legs tense, your muscles are taut.... it's a release AFTER the fact.

 You are asking in a disguised way, so I am not sure what you're asking about? But this is what I get from it:
you assume that a woman can't feel like she needs to pee at the same time of having an orgasm.
Then you wonder if she had an orgasm, or was lying to you about it, since she had to pee?
Do you think she would lie? Every woman is different, who knows what this one is capable of. If she had to pee I guess she had to pee, and why would she lie about having an orgasm?
Me personally don't feel like peeing at all while having sex, if I had to pee before we started my body "forgets" about it, if I was hungry before we started my body forgets about that as well. Only after the sex do I realize just how hungry I was, or how much I need to use the loo.
But each to their own. I don't see why your woman couldn't have been wanting to pee, at still have her orgasm.
