They're homosexual or they aren't. If they are, they may be in denial about it because they were indoctrinated by their religion or family or whatever, that it is *wrong*.
We could split hairs and talk about people that are not homosexual, but addicted to sex, so they have sex with both ... or even other species ... but that's another conversation altogether.
My point is, nothing YOU do with him is going to TURN him into a homosexual.
As for the butthole, it's an integral part of an orgasm, for males and females alike. It contracts during orgasm ... whether a person is aware of this or not, decides to willfully "include" playing with it during sex, is an individual decision. I don't think, by definition, that is kinky.
