 Sounds like he does fancy you! But why wait? If you have feelings for this guy, then you should go for it. Our society makes us women feel like we need to wait for the man to make a move, but a lot of guys like a woman who has the courage to go after what she wants!
Just take a deep breath, remember what an amazing person you are, and let him know how you feel.
