My brother is really annoying, he's 12, but he is always having a go at me! he treats me like dirt! and ya i love him, who doesnt love their brother! but i just need some time to myself! i need 2 get away! and i cant go 4 any walks or anything like that! i live in the middle of no where!! what should i do!!

Love, like trust should be earned and grown and not automatic despite what their relation is to you. Though AskEve is optimistic and give a positive approach to such matters, maybe what you should do is find a hobby that you like that he cannot conveniently attach himself to you.

AskEve agony auntBrothers can be a nuisance sometimes can't they? He's wanting attention, that's why he carries on the way he does. Why don't you BOTH go out a walk together, have an adventure! You'll find he'll open up and talk to you if you just show him a bit of attention and try and spend some quality time together. I bet you'd be surprised how well you'd get on.
