 Confront him about it and hear his side of it. Although, personally, I would leave him. It is just the impression I got from your description but it seems as though he is purposefully excusing himself from spending time with you. Whether he is cheating or not, I would reflect upon this relationship and see whether or not it is worth anymore of your time.
