For some guys there is only two types of girls : the girl who is girlfriend material and the girl used for fun, he is most likely to send dirty pictures to the just for fun girl and handsome ones to the girlfriend materia.l Either way a guy who only has respect for certain girls must not be very nice.

reader, anonymous, writes (28 March 2011): He probably likes both girls. He is just playing it "safe" with one chick because he can't figure out her reaction. With the other girl he knows she won't mind or be freaked out if he sends sexy pics.
I don't believe deep down it has anything to do with respect. I don't think this guy respects any woman. If this guy had any amount of respect for women he wouldn't be sending pics or collecting pics of random chicks unbeknownst to each of them...its just creepy.

He is probably right - he probably doesnt have much respect for the girl he is sending dirty pictures too and is exspecting dirty pictures back because maybe he thinks she is "easy". Whereas he may really like the other girl, and is respectfull in not asking for any pictures back instead just sending a nice picture of himself.
He probably likes the girl he just sent the handsome picture too more than the girl he sent the dirty picture to because it seems as though he has more respect and knows shes not just an easy catch. In other words the girl he sent the dirty picture too, well he was probably after a quick fling and nothing more serious
