Guys just love it, and they are always like "well, implants really made her look HOT!!". I know in America and Europe most guys hate implants, but it seems that's not the case in my country or Americans and Europeans are to PC to admit the truth. Fair enough, all these women were really attractive to begin with, no implants needed. As a modest B cup breasted girl, I find it apalling. Guys usually will say "Oh yeah, she looks hot" when they have no implants but don't pay much attention, but when these women get implants they all drool and are like "Damn! Now she looks REALLY fine, she's so HOT now, look at that rack, I could get lost there all day, blah blah...".What's wrong with small breasts?? I have a modest B cup as I said, is that bad? I don't get it, guys here seem to love implants, no matter how FAKE they look! Of course it makes me a tad jealous, thinking my natural ones are somehow deficient 'cause they're apparently not big enough. Should I get implants? Oh, and butt implants are also a huge trend here and guys love that too, even if the butt is fake and even though a former Miss Argentina died because of that surgery.

reader, anonymous, writes (24 March 2013): Again and again I'm amazed by people's reactions to boob jobs. Men in America and Europe don't like fake boobs? Then how come so many glamor models, actresses, and porn stars have them? If boob jobs were really hated that much, no one would get them. Instead I think people have kneejerk reactions to plastic surgery out of some idealistic belief that everyone is beautiful just the way they are. Oh yeah? Then how come we cut our hair, wear deodorant, wear makeup, and (more and more these days) get tattoos (not to mention any number of other "unnatural" things that we do)? Unless you're Amish, you probably DON'T like the natural look (and smell) of a human. I, for one, am happy with my girlfriend who has very large, fake boobs (F cup). And I have never dated a girl below a DD because I just so happen to have a fetish for big, obviously fake tits. But that's me. Different people like different things, though why those of us who like fake boobs and why girls who get fake boobs are immediately thought to be evil, I'll never understand. What the writer of this question has to decide is: would she like getting a boob job? If she would, then she should get them done. If she wouldn't, then she shouldn't get them done and she should find those guys who aren't focused on boobs.

The hottest girls I've seen come from Colombia and they all seem to have fake breasts. One person's comment earlier about make up is true. Don't judge a woman as superficial or anything is she has fake breasts. She deserves respect like everyone else in the world. Besides cultures all over the world do their own thing. What about the indians that put plates in their lip and so forth. Don't judge. If you don't like it fine, move on but don't assume their stupid or so insecure. Perhaps they just want to look the best they can acoording the current standard.

Save the money for your breast implants for the gym.My girlfriend has the smallest cup size A and I'm very happy with that. It's not how big they are it's what your boyfriend can do with them. You cannot touch fake ones that well.

 It's the "Trash" element. Women with fake boobs have insecurities that they don't feel attractive without them. so they get boobs to make them selves feel attaractive. A false sense of self esteem. Then they feel comfortable to have sex, and they let loose. So it's almost as a woman with fake boobs is a tramp.....
Look I'm not saying it's true....it's just how guys see it... :)

 You have a "modest B cup"? That's larger than either of my serious girlfriends (both were A cups), and I loved their breasts! I have no interest in large breasts (D's are simply unappealing to me) and love the FEEL of breasts (which surgery destroys). I'm among those that VASTLY prefer natural over large.

 At your age I agree with you totally , certainly dont get them , I love small breasts myself , a tight body is what is important . But I like implants also , if done well .
I brought my girl some implants , but this was what she wanted , not me , but she really wanted it , so I agreed and I must admit she looks great .
But really , Its up to the individual on what they want to do ..Both can be hot . I prefer implants as women age , I dont like " natural " large , they tend to Droop down like a Cow ..thats not sexy , Its disgusting .
So bring on natural small , or a really nice set of implants , but if you decide you want them ..Do it in Bangkok , best in the world .

I do have to admit that I like boobs, but the size isn't that important to how hot a woman is. All of the women who I have ever dated had smaller breasts. Most of them were like 34B. I once had a one night stand with a woman who had huge natural boobs and that was not for me. Some guys like that, but I didn't. For me, anything between a 32B and a 36D is desirable, although I have never dated anyone who is either of those. Just between those sizes. I know a couple of women who I think are very hot and they are both about a B cup, or C at best.
I do like to look at big ones like you posted or bigger, but if I look then I don't know if they are fake or not. Knowing they are fake would be a turn-off for me.
In my opinion, the only reason to have breast augmentation surgery is to even them up in a case where one is much bigger than the other or after breast surgery for a medical condition, like breast cancer.

 If I can be bold about this - the guys that like these kind of boobs also like the sex connetation associated with it - big 'fake or not' boobs equals porn equals sex... the guys that usually like this type of girl would also NOT consider marrying them...Think about your lovely normal natural body - wonder in its beauty, even go to a Pro Photographer and have some flattering pictures taken - semi-nude maybe?Personally I despise everything fake - boobs, finger-nails, eyelashes, etc etc what happened to good old fashioned natural beauty?Steve

 You're asking the wrong question, my dear Chilean. Men don't like fake boobs; men like boobs, period, and big ones do get lots of attention. If the boob in question is big, the second question is "are they fake?". If they are fake, they are not as good as real ones. But opinions vary.
In this case, the right question to ask is "Why do these men prefer those big fake boobs over not so big but real ones?" And the answer will be "Not every man will prefer big fake boobs over not so big but real ones. It's up to the man in question, though big, non-sagging breasts do get lots of male attention, fake or not".
Don't feel bad if you don't have the size other women have. We're all different. Your personality matters a lot more, believe me.
By the way, number four looked very nice. Number one, I wouldn't like her :-). Too anorexic.

No, believe me when I say it. Fake breasts are just not attractive to a lot of guys. There are guys who like fake breasts. They're usually the ones who don't understand women at all. But there are a lot of guys who know that they're fake. Real is always better, so you just be proud of yourself.

I've known b cup women and they were HOT !! Don't get implants find a better class of men. :-)
