eyeswideopen agony auntListen honey, the neck thing is just the tip of the iceberg. There is no one here at this forum that can help you. You need Professional help and you need to keep at until you find someone who can truly help you sort yourself out. Do not give up and sit and stare at the mirror. Counseling takes time as well as work. Keep plugging at it you'll get there.

Royofthe Rovers agony auntNo. You need professional guidance here. How many people have you seen? You may need to try a few and see who you feel cormfortable with. Dont give up on the first one if that is the case...

You dont sound cormfortable with yourself and you need to find the root to this problem through the proper channels.
