 If she is around you two often you are right in getting that feeling. I am not a believer in civilized contacts between exes...
If you are letting her to be around you are inviting trouble on yourself and relationship.
Keep a good distance.

It depends if she is hassling him? both of you? Or generally being a nusiance. If not then i wouldnt worry.
You haven't given many details so i dont know. I am friends with exes and my guy is friends with his (sometimes you have to be because of kids?) you didnt say if they had kids.
