Don't try to rush it. Kissing is supposed to be fun not stressful. Try a little more hugging when kissing.

 I think you are thinking to much about it, so its playing on your mind which is why you keep backing out. stop dwelling on it to much and it will happen when its ready to happen. You say you have done it before and she has not, so take lead and let one thing lead to another.
