And it has been going really well then on Thursday he asked me to meet him and I said yes and we both we excited talking about where we should meet wot we both like doing then we said night then went to bed. Then on Friday I heard no contact from him at all, I sent a message can't wait to meet u tonight, heard nothing back. But my friends just go meet him if he is not there meet us we are round corner. So I went to meet him at the time and place we agreed on waited a while but no show. Try texting no reply, what's app him no reply and phone once went straight to voice mail clearly I have been stood up but I don't get it he asked me to meet him then no show or anything next day. Please can some1 give me advice on wot to do or why they think he did this. Cos it's sat morning still nothing :-( thanks for reading xx

reader, anonymous, writes (1 February 2015): It could be a few reasons. Some people put fake profiles on dating sites. It is possible he did this and then when it came time to meet you, he couldn't present himself cause he may not have been who you thought you were meeting. Maybe he was 20 years older and bald. Or maybe he has a girlfriend and they made up and so he couldn't come through. Then there is the more benign reasons, like for instance maybe he is really really shy and agoraphobic even and pussed out and could not bring himself to meet you. But the chances of this reason are much rarer than the ones I mentioned before. Like really really rare. So rare that this is probably not at all the reason. Like a 0.1% chance that this could be the case.Then there is like a 0.001 and half % chance that he got in an accident or something and he is in the hospital in a coma. But more than likely there is a 99.9% chance that he did not meet you because he is hiding something that you would probably find really bad. And would never speak to him again. And that is why he stood you up.

 Delete & block his number, forget about him.
Either he LIED to you on PoF and wasn't who he said he/she really was OR he just got cold feet OR the guy has a GF and got cold feet.
Either option, the "liar" (or catfish), the "flake" or the "cheater" are a waste of time. BE GLAD you didn't WASTE more then 2 week chatting with this guy.

Move on.
