This couldn't have started at a worse time as recently my boyfriend and I have been discussing moving things up a level sexually. What the hell can I do?!!!! I never used to have any problems like this at all, quite the opposite actually. I don't want to go to my doctors either so maybe there is some kind of medicine you can get from the chemists???  Hi, this is probably due to you being nervous. When you are nervous that would happen. Also when you and your bf are going to have sex you are probably not aroused enough. make sure that there is plenty of foreplay and that you are not stressing od nervous about anything.
