AskEve agony auntAh okay, I get what you mean now. When you go to church you really should go to listen shouldn't you so it doesn't really matter who you go with. Don't worry about her chatting with her friend though, she's probably just been catching up the way girls do and certainly don't get jealous! It's YOU she loves! ;o)

Both! That way you have got the best of both. Or you could try your best friend one time and boyfriend the other. Or why don't you go with your boyfriend, his best friend, your best friend and his/her boyfriend/girlfriend. That way you have a group of people in which you can go to church with and even meet new people if you want to make the group even bigger after that.

stina agony auntAnon,

Did you try to include yourself in their conversations? If you felt left out, you should talk with your girlfriend. Maybe next time she can try to include you in the conversation if all they did was talk about inside jokes and stuff. I'd be annoyed if that happened to me, too, but it's an easy problem to fix. I'm sure your girlfriend will understand where you're coming from. Maybe you'd want to bring a friend next time, as well.

Take care.

If you are asking why your girlfriend isn't bringing you, you should ask her. If this is your choice, then bring both??

A female reader, AskEve United Kingdom +, writes (9 February 2007):

AskEve agony auntAre you asking who would I prefer to go to church with? You are male and you say boyfriend? Are you gay? Can you be a little bit more specific with your question please. Is one of them annoyed that you want to go with the other?

Why can't you meet up and go with both of them? That would be the way to solve it! If you can give me some more information then I'll be able to try and help you more, your question is just very scant.
